Head of Field Marketing (AI)

What you will do

• Learn the needs of customers and prospects and use those insights to build relevant field marketing programs.
• Develop relationships with local organizers, technical leaders, partners, and community members.
• Set the field marketing strategy across audiences, cities, and event formats.
• Own the full event experience, including invitations, venues, programming, hospitality, vendors, and guest follow-up.
• Work with Sales on account, territory, invitation, relationship-building, and pipeline goals.
• Manage the budget, agencies, vendors, team, and operating rhythm while measuring program impact on accounts, pipeline, and deals.

Requirements

• Experience building field marketing programs at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Understanding of technical audiences and the ability to connect programs with business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Sales and making commercially informed program decisions.
• Ability to lead strategy, manage a team, produce events, and work directly with production partners.
• Strong standards for event quality, vendor performance, feedback, and execution.
