Events Lead (Digital Assets)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; the role includes on-site leadership at key events and a flexible work environment with remote weeks.

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution for hosted experiences, sponsorships, and industry conferences.
• Align event programming with sales goals and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Brand, and Leadership to create audience-specific experiences.
• Oversee agendas, venues, logistics, registration, catering, décor, speaker coordination, formats, and post-event engagement.
• Manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including digital-first experiences and experiential activations.
• Define KPIs, manage budgets, report on ROI, and oversee agency and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience leading strategic event, experiential, or field marketing programs.
• Experience building and delivering virtual, hybrid, and in-person event strategies.
• Strong attention to quality, brand consistency, attendee experience, and experiential design.
• Leadership experience selecting, negotiating with, and coordinating vendors and partners.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, asset management, high-growth sectors, or high-caliber event production.
