Marketing Events Manager

Location: Remote in the United States or San Francisco, CA; travel to events is required.

Total compensation: $85,000–$119,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

hirify.global is a clinical AI company operating a healthcare workflow platform used by U.S. clinicians and health systems.

What you will do

• Plan and execute twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits for physicians and hirify.global leaders.
• Coordinate invitations, programming, travel, vendors, logistics, and on-site event execution.
• Manage hirify.global’s presence at medical trade shows, including booths, sponsorships, staffing, and lead capture.
• Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences.
• Produce virtual events such as webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive clinician sessions.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, timelines, goals, attendance, engagement, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution.
• Experience with executive gatherings, advisory boards, summits, trade shows, corporate events, or virtual programs.
• Strong project management skills across multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, vendors, and event attendees.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or in San Francisco, with travel to events required.
