Senior Engineer, Collab Platforms

Location: Houston, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$240,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration and endpoint-adjacent applications.
• Execute provisioning and deprovisioning workflows and identify process gaps or edge cases.
• Provide frontline audiovisual support and coordinate daily with the outsourced workplace technology managed service provider.
• Create documentation and training materials to support collaboration-tool adoption across the company.
• Develop Jira and Confluence administration skills and take on additional Atlassian support tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT support, or collaboration engineering.
• Working proficiency with at least one major collaboration suite: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack.
• Basic working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Some exposure to scripting or automation; this is a build-and-maintain role rather than a pure ticket-taking position.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
