What you will do

• Advance the maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the global accounting operating model.
• Assess current capabilities across people, processes, technology, data, governance, and controls, then convert priorities into measurable transformation plans.
• Standardize and improve record-to-report, financial close, reconciliations, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting processes.
• Identify and implement automation, analytics, workflow, and finance technology solutions in partnership with Technology and business stakeholders.
• Lead accounting readiness activities for SEC-compliant reporting, disclosure processes, governance, and potential IPO requirements.
• Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across the global Accounting organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• Significant leadership experience in complex, high-growth organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience redesigning and standardizing accounting processes and operating models across functions, geographies, systems, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ERP, consolidation, financial reporting, close management, reconciliation, workflow, automation, and data analytics solutions.
• Public accounting or large multinational organization experience is a plus.
