Revenue Accounting Transformation Manager

Location: United States, remote. If located near a hirify.global office, work from that office 3 days per week.

US base salary: $100,300–$125,400 nationally; $107,400–$134,300 in New York City and California; $114,200–$142,700 in San Francisco. Additional bonus and equity incentives may apply.

hirify.global designs, manufactures, and operates imaging satellites and delivers satellite data through a cloud-based platform for commercial, environmental, and humanitarian applications.

What you will do

• Lead the design and configuration of automated revenue subledgers and modernize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows.
• Integrate revenue data across ERP systems, subledgers, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Automate ASC 606 footnote disclosures, financial metrics, reconciliations, and reporting workflows.
• Partner with Product, Sales Operations, Pricing, Legal, IT, and FP&A on new products, monetization models, and revenue rules.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors on revenue systems, process changes, and automation.
• Design, document, and test SOX application controls, risk matrices, standard operating procedures, and finance-team training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of revenue accounting experience, ideally combining Big Four accounting and high-growth corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 in SaaS, recurring-revenue, multi-element, or usage-based business models.
• Hands-on experience with SOX 404, internal control frameworks, audit walkthroughs, and automated IT application controls.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or managing enterprise ERPs and revenue subledgers or engines, including NetSuite ARM or Salesforce.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses, BI and visualization tools, database queries, SQL, cross-functional leadership, and complex system implementations.
