Sr. Accounting Manager (AI Security)

Location: Hybrid role in the NYC office

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base salary annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.

What you will do

• Own the US subsidiary’s month-end close and revenue accounting under US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Manage AR/AP, billing, collections, and customer onboarding processes for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams on complex deal structures, pricing, financial modeling, margin analysis, and revenue treatment.
• Support external audits, tax filings, financial reporting, and collaboration with HR on benefits and PEO systems.
• Build scalable finance processes, strengthen internal controls and accounting policies, and improve audit readiness.
• Evaluate AI tools for accounting and finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license.
• At least 4 years of corporate accounting experience in technology/SaaS or Big Four experience auditing technology clients.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606, with hands-on AR/AP ownership.
• Experience in startup, high-growth, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with technology and finance tools such as HubSpot, ERP systems, Excel, NetSuite, Mesh, or HiBob.
• Ability to work cross-functionally on deal desk, revenue operations, pricing, multi-entity consolidations, and AI-enabled accounting workflows.

Nice to have

• Exposure to deal-desk, revenue operations, or pricing in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with international consolidations and emerging technology ecosystems.
