What you will do

• Support category strategies, improve product lines, consolidate suppliers, and increase business with key suppliers.
• Manage suppliers against cost, quality, delivery, and service objectives.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms, conduct supplier reviews, and address performance issues.
• Develop annual cost-saving plans and work with Engineering on cost-reduction projects.
• Use cost models to identify savings and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and global teams on supplier development, negotiations, and sourcing options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, and manufactured products.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, cost analysis, category strategy, and market analysis skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cost modeling.
• Master’s degree.
