Senior Business Development (B2B Industry)

What you will do

• Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives within assigned territories and accounts.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
• Research markets, competitors, substitute technologies, sales channels, suppliers, and unmet customer needs.
• Develop customer-driven technological requirements and strategic or tactical business plans for new ventures.
• Analyze business opportunities through market projections, financial statements, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and report market conditions, activities, and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
• 4–5+ years of experience serving manufacturing clients, preferably in apparel, footwear, or related industries.
• Fluent English communication.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, sales, market intelligence, management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a customer-oriented, responsive, trustworthy, and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel.
