Senior Manager - Account Development

What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts while securing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop new revenue opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Build an interconnected understanding of customers’ industries, businesses, markets, and clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and relevant teams to develop and execute account plans and joint business plans.
• Collect, analyze, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback and product needs.
• Expand customer networks to identify new budget holders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong sales skills and developed sales expertise within the target scope.
• Solid understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, products, services, and solutions.
• Strong understanding of market trends and their impact on customers.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese.
