Account Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, lead, and measure logistics products and service deliverables for customer accounts.
• Assess customer needs and identify strategic improvement and value-creation opportunities.
• Collaborate on product, service, and technology solutions that deliver measurable customer benefits.
• Build relationships across customer organizations and oversee operational needs and account growth.
• Develop expertise in customer ecosystems, supply chains, products, services, and information systems.
• Use business intelligence tools for data gathering, analysis, performance improvement, and reporting.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Proven experience in business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures.
• Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
