Non-Technical Program Manager – Change Management (Semiconductor): Leading organizational change initiatives for operations transformation with an accent on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and organizational readiness. Focus on assessing change impacts, developing training and adoption plans, monitoring engagement metrics, and managing risks and executive reporting.
Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite role with travel required 25% of the time

What you will do
- Develop and execute change management strategies for business transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational, process, and technology impacts and evaluate readiness for upcoming changes.
- Identify stakeholders, assess influence and risks, and build partnerships across Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Corporate Functions.
- Create communication and engagement strategies that build awareness and promote adoption.
- Identify capability gaps and training needs, then monitor adoption metrics and employee engagement.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns while preparing executive dashboards and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, PMO, or Program Management.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Based in Singapore for an onsite role; travel required 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Experience in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Experience supporting organizational scaling, shared services, or central operations transformations.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
