What you will do

• Own and govern the plant automation transformation roadmap for Solutions and Sets.
• Build and prioritize opportunities across automation, digitalization, line efficiency, labor productivity, and process simplification.
• Lead automation initiatives from concept and business case through design, build, validation, deployment, adoption, and sustainment.
• Establish governance, milestones, decision rights, execution cadence, risk management, and escalation paths.
• Provide leadership updates on technical readiness, financial impact, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Align Operations, Engineering, Quality, Validation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Planning and Fulfilment, IT/OT, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional automation or transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering automation-enabled improvements in productivity, quality, capacity, labor efficiency, or cost.
• Experience with automation transformation, manufacturing automation, process engineering, validation readiness, and change execution.
• Ability to develop business cases, capital justifications, ROI analysis, and benefits tracking.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or automation certification.
