Senior Scientific Program Manager (Bioscience)

What you will do

• Act as the interface between customers and hirify.global to ensure project execution and delivery against agreed expectations.
• Manage contractual obligations, client relationship health, risks, issues, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support client-facing activities for media development and non-GMP pilot work at the regional bioscience facility.
• Coordinate support for regional testing clients, including new system installations and business reviews.
• Use Planview, Omni, and SAP IBP to manage product supply and provide demand forecasts.
• Coordinate successful client visits and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.

Requirements

• Degree in a life sciences field or equivalent experience, with commercial acumen or project-planning experience.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment in a client relationship or project-focused capacity.
• Business and customer-interaction experience in a life sciences CDMO environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across global networks.
• Knowledge of clinical research; experience moving pharmaceutical products from clinical development into commercial manufacturing is advantageous.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience transitioning pharmaceutical products from clinical to commercial manufacturing.
