Recruiter (AI/Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco office, onsite 4 days per week

hirify.global develops and deploys AI-enhanced clinical workflows for health systems through its Carebricks platform.

What you will do

• Partner with founders and hiring managers to build Engineering and Operations teams.
• Own full-cycle hiring, from defining roles and sourcing candidates to closing offers.
• Source and attract technical talent through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Use AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations.
• Build and optimize interview processes in Ashby.
• Host candidates in the San Francisco office, including office tours and onsite interviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing startup.
• Experience hiring technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to use AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations.
• Effective communication and partnership skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar tools.
• Data-driven approach to solving hiring challenges and informing decisions.
• Interest in applying technology to improve healthcare.
