Specialist, Integration and Test Engineer

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite role

Salary: $76,500–$141,500 per year for applicable locations, including California.

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans for RF circuit cards, software, and RF hardware.
• Design and automate test scripts using Python and LabVIEW.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during testing.
• Document test results and provide technical feedback to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test procedures and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with at least 4 years of related experience; alternatively, a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of Python and LabVIEW.
• Experience testing circuit cards and RF hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Some positions may require the ability to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting design verification testing independently.
• Understanding of digital design fundamentals, modem architectures, power supplies, ADC interfaces, and FPGAs.
• Experience producing technical documentation and delivering presentations.
• Interest in hands-on development, innovation, and continuous improvement.
