QA Analyst II/III (AI Testing)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $104,000–$120,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Analyze applications and develop test cases, test plans, scripts, scenarios, and procedures.
• Perform hands-on manual testing and build automated tests for websites, REST APIs, infrastructure, and web services.
• Test and validate AI-driven solutions, automate regression testing, and assess application performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and customers on application readiness, usability, functionality, and migration issues.
• Provide technical guidance to junior testers and contribute to prioritization, estimation, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in software development, UI automation, web-service testing, and API or performance testing.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and programming languages including Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and using Apache JMeter for performance testing.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, scripting, CI/CD technologies, source control, build processes, and software testing practices.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, SonarQube, New Relic, and continuous integration environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI systems and AI testing concepts.
• Experience or knowledge of agents, MCP, and agentic AI systems.
