GTM Finance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a driver-based sales capacity model covering new, expansion, and usage revenue across Enterprise.
• Own GTM headcount planning for AEs, CS, BDRs, and SEs across annual plans and quarterly reforecasts.
• Partner with GTM leadership on territory and segment design, quota setting, coverage ratios, and GTM investment allocation.
• Model sales compensation plans and quota-attainment scenarios in partnership with RevOps.
• Own GTM budgets, forecasts, budget-versus-actuals, variance reporting, and long-range planning inputs.
• Track CAC, payback, magic number, NRR/GRR, rep productivity, ramp-to-quota, and ROI cases while automating planning and reporting with AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, ideally in high-growth technology companies, investment banking, or consulting.
• Extensive experience building detailed financial analysis used to drive business decisions.
• Ability to structure solutions in ambiguous areas and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaborative relationship-building skills with business partners.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
