Director, Insights (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Rochester, Minnesota. Monday–Friday during business hours with 10%+ travel.

Salary: $163,200–$236,700 per year.

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, design, governance, and evolution of the Insights program.
• Define the program’s capabilities, products, services, packaging, positioning, pricing, and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, operational health, quality, scalability, time-to-value, and partner experience.
• Manage program economics, delivery costs, utilization, margins, investment priorities, and performance metrics.
• Build executive relationships with healthcare partners and oversee complex implementations, escalations, and governance meetings.
• Develop program and delivery leaders while fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading complex partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience with healthcare organizations, EMR/EHR integrations, interoperability, or related data and technology fields.
• Strong strategic planning, executive presence, analytical, project management, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing professional staff, influencing stakeholders, and building partnerships.
• Experience with innovation methodologies, Agile delivery, market intelligence, target-based delivery, and partnership management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD in business, science, or a related field.
