Enterprise Transformation Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. The role operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own and manage a roadmap for improving sales experiences from acquisition through retention.
• Identify experience opportunities using stakeholder interviews, customer feedback, performance data, and business insights.
• Analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Define requirements, design and evaluate tests, and refine solutions based on measured outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional change, build alignment without direct authority, and scale effective experiences.
• Monitor initiative performance, report results, and guide governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years leading projects, programs, or strategic initiatives, including 2+ years driving large-scale change.
• 5+ years using data and metrics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Experience improving customer, agent, or associate experiences through process or operational enhancements.
• Experience designing and delivering training, coaching, or capability-building programs.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• PROSCI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Experience in Medicare Sales, Lean Six Sigma, Lean, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Startup or 0-to-1 experience.
• Experience developing and evaluating pilots, experiments, or new approaches using statistical methods.
