What you will do

• Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, cabling, and related network infrastructure.
• Operate and secure on-premises, cloud, and hybrid network integrations in coordination with systems administrators.
• Monitor network performance, availability, security alerts, logs, and connectivity issues; investigate degradation and outages.
• Resolve escalated incidents, coordinate service restoration, document corrective actions, and communicate status.
• Implement approved updates, configuration changes, patches, vulnerability remediation, and STIG controls under change-management and DevSecOps procedures.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, inventory data, capacity reports, provider contacts, and technical evidence for security assessments and ATO requirements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience administering enterprise networks and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and associated infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN operations, routing and switching, IP addressing, and secure connectivity across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Experience diagnosing network faults, analyzing performance and logs, restoring connectivity, and coordinating incident escalation.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation, follow change-management procedures, support vulnerability remediation, and provide evidence for security assessments.
