What you will do

  • Own robot fleet uptime, scheduling, status tracking, maintenance windows, triage protocols, and issue routing.
  • Design and operate multi-robot, extended-duration validation campaigns that reflect customer deployment conditions.
  • Run release validation cycles, define acceptance criteria with Systems Engineering, and hold go/no-go authority on test completion.
  • Track release issues, publish leadership reports, and build dashboards for uptime, pass rates, intervention rates, mission success, and release readiness.
  • Improve telemetry, logging, diagnostic tooling, runbooks, test protocols, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks.
  • Provide data-driven feedback to Software and Hardware Engineering on failures, usability friction, and real-world reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing fleets of hardware-software integrated systems such as robots or autonomous vehicles in operational test environments.
  • Experience designing customer-representative test scenarios and working independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with log analysis and telemetry tools, including correlation of hardware, software, and sensor data for root-cause identification.
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent issue management, release labeling, triage workflows, and escalation protocols.
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts, including MTBI, intervention-rate analysis, and wear-pattern identification.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative, fast-moving environment where validation findings influence engineering decisions and product quality.
  • 401(k) plan with a 6% company match and company stock options.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, vision, and short- and long-term disability insurance from the first day.
  • Flexible unlimited PTO for exempt employees, paid sick leave and vacation for non-exempt employees, and 12 company holidays.
