Salary: $170,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy and requirements from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives across current and expanding product lines.
• Gather and translate user requirements from technicians, engineers, and operations into software and hardware solutions.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with stakeholder priorities and business goals.
• Ensure a systems approach to problem solving considering interdependencies and future scalability.
• Contribute actively to the product management culture and processes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• 5+ years product management experience including 3+ years in hardware, software, or robotics.
• Proven success delivering complex hardware/software products end-to-end.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and cross-team alignment skills.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and analytics.
• Familiarity with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, MES/ERP, or factory automation preferred.

• Experience with manufacturing engineering or CAD programming.
