Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy and requirements from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional product execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
• Work directly with technicians, CAD programmers, manufacturing engineers, and operations leaders to understand user workflows.
• Translate customer workflows into clear software and hardware requirements and seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and portfolio expansion.
• Apply a systems approach to account for interdependencies, future expansion, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working with hardware, software, and/or robotics.
• Strong record of delivering end-to-end products across complex hardware and software systems.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize tactical challenges, and maintain a long-term strategic perspective.
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams and synthesizing diverse inputs into product roadmaps.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using metrics, dashboards, and analytics.
• Must meet U.S. Government ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, MES/ERP systems, or factory automation.
