Senior Engineer I - Quality

What you will do

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System requirements, procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints, internal quality issues, RMAs, and non-conforming product cases with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Analyze quality performance data, prepare reports, and review failure analysis results.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with corrective and preventive action, failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
