Senior Engineer I - Quality (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints, internal quality issues, and RMAs with operations and cross-functional teams.
• Review, contain, and disposition non-conforming materials and products.
• Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Analyze quality data, support audits, review failure analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality tools, CAPA, failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or manufacturing environments.
