Senior Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise manufacturing staff, organize workflow, communicate expectations, and evaluate performance.
• Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise production schedules, and resolve shift-level issues.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, identify waste, reduce cycle times, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain production quality and equipment availability by enforcing standards and coordinating repairs.
• Analyze production records and performance data, improve systems and procedures, and report processing results.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment while resolving personnel issues and supporting company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Experience managing direct and indirect labor is advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of SPC, QC Tools, 8D, PDCA, LEAN Manufacturing, and the 8 Wastes.
