Product Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical and test support for products and manufacturing processes, including electrical and dimensional specifications, process control plans, ETRs, and 3D drawings.
• Ensure product compliance with international certification requirements, including UL, EAC, KC, CSA, PSE, BASEEFA, CCC, and CQC.
• Initiate reliability sample submissions, monitor product performance, and implement corrective actions for failures or performance drift.
• Support new product development projects and NPPD five-phase requirements, including leading level-three extension projects.
• Lead activities related to material supplier quality and availability, including SPCN, SSQF, and PCCM compliance.
• Coordinate testing, process improvements, yield improvements, design validation, prototypes, FMEA updates, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in an electronics or automotive manufacturing company.
• Technical knowledge; material science knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency with statistical tools and software such as Minitab.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
