What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing methods, processes, and operation sequences.
• Define process requirements, working procedures, and equipment recommendations for product lines.
• Conduct Process-FMEA analyses and identify measures to eliminate operational risks.
• Define process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems.
• Analyze out-of-control situations and coordinate responses with Quality Assurance.
• Coordinate new product launches with Design Engineers and document assigned processes and technical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in manufacturing process engineering and production-area support.
• Ability to perform process risk analysis and technical analytics.
• Knowledge of process control methodologies and statistical process control systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and support process implementation.
