Senior Manager, Social & Community — WWE 2K & PGA TOUR 2K (Gaming)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required Tuesday–Thursday.

Salary: $153,600–$230,300 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead community management and social marketing strategy and execution across WWE hirify.global and PGA TOUR hirify.global.
• Manage, coach, and develop Digital Community and Social Media Managers, while overseeing external community, social, and moderation agencies.
• Build relationships with players across Steam, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and console storefronts.
• Own social listening, analytics, feedback loops, performance reporting, and player advocacy across both franchises.
• Develop platform-specific campaigns, creator programs, community councils, showcases, tournaments, and seasonal activations.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, development, analytics, legal, licensing, and studio partners to influence product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital community building and/or social marketing within gaming, media, or entertainment.
• Experience leading people and/or agency teams and supporting live-service or annualized titles.
• Strong knowledge of community and social platforms, especially Steam, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and TikTok.
• Proficiency with community, social, and reporting tools such as LevelUp, Radarly, Discord analytics, Tubular, and Sprinklr.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, presentation, communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with WWE hirify.global or PGA TOUR hirify.global, and enthusiasm for wrestling, golf, and sports gaming communities.
• Experience working with global or international teams.
