Associate Global Community Specialist (Gaming)

Salary: $50,700–$84,500 per annum

What you will do

• Manage daily communications, moderation, conflict resolution, and community rules across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Engage with and moderate Razer’s Discord and Reddit communities.
• Create timely content and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with global marketing and product teams on social media strategies, campaigns, and content.
• Build relationships with influencers and content creators through active outreach.
• Analyze owned and external social media channels and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting, finance, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in an equivalent position.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• ERP experience; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
