Executive Community Relations (Web3)

Location: Remote

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Triage executive escalations, assess severity, and route or resolve cases quickly.
• Draft responses to high-visibility issues on X, Discord, and Reddit, adapting tone to the audience and situation.
• Own cases involving prominent traders, creators, and public figures from first contact through resolution.
• Coordinate with Communications on accurate and consistent customer-facing messaging during live incidents.
• Monitor community channels for emerging issues and brief Product and Policy on recurring patterns.
• Document resolutions and provide clear follow-up to the person or community involved.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executive escalations, executive customer relations, or community management at a consumer-facing company.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adjust tone between private and public communications.
• Experience handling sensitive, public-facing issues where responses carry reputational importance.
• Experience partnering with Communications, PR, or Community teams during incidents.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Fluency in crypto-native or trading communities.
• Experience managing issues on X, Discord, or Reddit at meaningful scale.
• Background working with a consumer product serving a highly vocal user base.
