What you will do

• Guide app developers, offering support and strategic advice for success.
• Improve user experience and product features through insightful app reviews.
• Ensure developers have access to necessary resources by collaborating with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, QA, Support, Product, Operations).
• Understand developer business models to optimize collaboration and enhance their success.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with app developer partners.
• Lead project execution, focusing on marketing strategies, growth, monetization, and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Customer Success, or Account Management, with a focus on nurturing professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Actively engaged in PC/Console gaming, demonstrating a real passion for the gaming world.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to sync with global time zones.
• Independent and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Creative problem-solver, skilled at multitasking, managing deadlines, and maintaining sharp attention to detail.
