What you will do
- Develop autonomous AI agents that plan, reason, use tools, and complete Finance and Procurement workflows across O2C, R2R, and P2P.
- Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion Cloud, external APIs, and databases for production ERP processes.
- Improve agent performance through prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Build evaluation and testing frameworks for agent reliability, accuracy, and safety.
- Implement guardrails and human oversight for automated finance workflows.
- Set technical direction and guide peers on agentic AI and ERP integration patterns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years designing and building scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with Python, API design, and large language models.
- Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Backend proficiency with databases, microservices, and system architecture.
- Experience breaking down complex business tasks into steps implementable by AI systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
