What you will do

• Develop machine learning and Generative AI solutions for factory and business process automation.
• Design and deploy AI agents that reason, plan, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications using enterprise data, document repositories, and vector databases.
• Create prompt workflows, templates, and evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models.
• Develop AI-native applications integrating LLMs, APIs, enterprise systems, and factory data sources.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, autonomous monitoring solutions, and data visualizations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Python, SQL, software development practices, APIs, JSON, and modern application architectures.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, and Responsible AI.
• Understanding of function or tool calling, vector search, embeddings, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, experimentation, and rapid-prototyping skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain.
• Projects, research, hackathons, or coursework involving AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, or intelligent workflow automation.
