What you will do
- Develop AI-powered workflows, assistants, and autonomous agents.
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, and knowledge bases.
- Implement AI solutions for CRM, onboarding, claims, and payments.
- Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback systems to ensure AI reliability and safety.
- Prototype and productionize practical AI tools to reduce manual operational work.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundation, specifically with Python and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, or workflow automation.
- Ability to connect AI systems with real product and operational workflows.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, and privacy.
- English: Strong communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid office attendance.
