What you will do
- Build, customize, and integrate AI-powered developer tools for engineering teams.
- Evaluate open-source AI coding assistants for production readiness, security, and enterprise compliance.
- Conduct static code analysis and network inspection to identify vulnerabilities, data-exfiltration risks, telemetry leaks, and unauthorized API calls.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for source checkout, security scanning, code patching, SSO integration, code signing, packaging, and publication.
- Design and maintain AI agents, prompts, tool integrations, and multi-step workflows within the internal AI portal.
- Implement monitoring and observability, troubleshoot reported issues, and maintain audit reports, runbooks, integration guides, and FAQs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building, integrating, and supporting applications or developer tools.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C++, with the ability to modify unfamiliar codebases.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI coding assistants, or agent frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, build automation, application packaging, release management, APIs, SSO, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and session management.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, observability, secure development practices, and code quality tooling.
- Strong written and verbal English required for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience developing AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and automated code-generation workflows.
- Experience with code signing, enterprise software distribution, Electron applications, or VS Code extensions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Perforce, and GitLab.
- Experience in game development, game tooling, or creative technology.
