AI Developer (Finance Digitalization) (AI/LLMs/Snowflake): Developing AI-powered agents, finance applications, data pipelines, and dashboards with an accent on Python, SQL, enterprise AI platforms, and LLM-based solutions. Focus on building RAG and agentic AI workflows, integrating APIs, and delivering maintainable solutions for reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and document processing.

What you will do
- Develop AI-powered solutions and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex AI, and other enterprise AI platforms.
- Implement LLM-based applications for finance processes including reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, contract management, document processing, knowledge retrieval, and analytics.
- Build and enhance Snowflake-based data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal and external systems through APIs and data services.
- Build Streamlit applications and dashboards and contribute to backend AI workflows.
- Support testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, Agile delivery, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with knowledge of software engineering and data engineering practices.
- Understanding of LLM concepts including prompting, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic AI.
- Exposure to Snowflake, cloud data platforms, APIs, Git, and application development.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to finance stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Streamlit, dashboards, or application development.
- Exposure to Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, or SAP environments.
- Familiarity with Azure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and Responsible AI principles.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI through academic projects, research, internships, thesis work, hackathons, or personal projects.
