Associate Director-Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops (MDM)

Location: Field-based in the United States, with listed locations in Raritan, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved.

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Own the global master data management platform landscape, including data harmonization, workflows, data models, integrations, and downstream distribution.
• Oversee platform availability, security, performance, releases, patching, access management, and environment health.
• Lead MDM strategy and improvement initiatives across commercial, supply chain, R&D, and corporate systems.
• Partner with enterprise data warehouse, enterprise data lake, business solution, IT, and business teams to define requirements and deliver improvements.
• Establish metrics, improve operational processes, support data-access tools, and provide training and education.
• Lead and mentor the Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops organization while advising senior leadership on policies and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT preferred; MBA or MS is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience and prior people-management experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting MDM platforms such as SAP MDG or Reltio.
• Experience creating enterprise or business-specific MDM strategies covering data architecture, governance, and AI data readiness.
• Strong project and account management, testing strategy, communication, collaboration, business, and technical skills.
• Experience with MDM, supply chain, R&D, corporate, and commercial systems, including work with outsourced partners.

Nice to have

• Analyst experience or experience supporting call-center structures and processes.
• Process improvement experience with SFE or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in query and report writing tools, incentive compensation systems, and Microsoft Office software.
