Manager, Customer and Vendor Master Operations (SAP/ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raynham, Massachusetts, Raritan, New Jersey, or West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States. Travel up to approximately 15% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $102,000–$204,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead global customer and vendor master operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accurate, complete, timely, and compliant records.
• Own and improve end-to-end processes for data intake, validation, approval, creation, changes, blocking, deactivation, and duplicate prevention.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Global Supply Chain, IT, and Shared Services to standardize data processes and rules.
• Lead ERP and adjacent-system enhancements, integrations, migrations, testing, and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain governance, controls, segregation-of-duties requirements, procedures, audit evidence, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a global team or matrixed resources while monitoring service levels, backlogs, performance, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in master data operations, customer or vendor data management, shared services, supply chain, procurement, finance operations, or enterprise systems.
• Experience governing customer or vendor master data in SAP or another ERP platform.
• Strong understanding of master data impacts across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, tax, finance, and regulatory processes.
• Experience leading global stakeholders, improving workflows and controls, and managing operational priorities in a regulated environment.
• English is required; additional languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Business Partner, Customer-Vendor Integration, ERP implementations, or master data transformations.
• People management or matrix leadership experience in a global setting.
• Medical device, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience.
• SAP MDG, data management, process improvement, supply chain, or project management certification.
