Treasury Management Sales Intern

What you will do

• Support onboarding for new client accounts and manage signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests professionally within service-level agreements.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Record and track sales activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle account maintenance, user support, and general client service requests while collaborating with specialty deposit groups.

Requirements

• Interest in banking processes, regulatory frameworks, treasury management, and client service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven banking environment.
• Professional communication skills for handling internal and external requests.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego headquarters.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
