Summer 2027 Internal Sales Intern (Phoenix) (June-August)

Location: Phoenix, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days

Hourly pay: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Maintain CRM activity for the Inside Sales team, including advisor records and scheduled activities.
• Order and distribute product literature, seminar materials, postcards, books, and territory-specific mailings.
• Research stock market information, group tickers, and fund materials.
• Prepare financial illustration materials and literature for advisors and wholesaler meetings.
• Conduct FINRA broker checks and support compliance verification.
• Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms and video conferencing, and run daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Open to rising seniors graduating in 2028.
