Base salary: $18.00–$35.00

What you will do
- Create client deliverables and proposals for treasury management solutions.
- Conduct client and industry research and analyze payment trends.
- Support strategic projects and resolve client issues.
- Develop knowledge of consultative selling and end-to-end working capital solutions.
- Shadow Treasury Management Sales Officers.
- Participate in formal and experiential learning throughout the 10-week summer program.
Requirements
- Work toward a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-relevant major such as finance, accounting, marketing, sales, IT, economics, mathematics, statistics, or management.
- Junior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Must work in-office within 's footprint; this position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
