Treasury Sales Advisor (Cash Management)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; regular full-time role with work arrangement discussed during the interview.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and position location. Incentive compensation and a discretionary bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Develop and grow a portfolio of treasury and cash-management-intensive companies.
• Work with CEOs, CFOs, treasurers, prospects, and clients to understand business requirements.
• Conduct needs analysis and propose payment, transaction, treasury, and cash management solutions.
• Build new client relationships through business development, referrals, existing clients, and outreach.
• Partner with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide ongoing client support and guidance on cash management solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking cash management.
• Experience with treasury and cash management functions, including payments and transactions, in mid-market or larger organizations.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relationship-building, business development, client service, and portfolio management skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Goal-oriented approach and alignment with values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
