Assistant General Manager (Luxury Retail)

Location: Cabazon, California, United States; full-time, in-store retail role.

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 USD per year, based on relevant experience and work location.

• Partner with the General Manager as a leadership and operational co-pilot for the store.
• Develop staff selling, styling, and customer service skills through coaching and guidance.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and help create a productive business environment.
• Develop client relationships and drive initiatives that improve business results.
• Set clear goals, maintain high standards, and hold staff accountable for performance.
• Build and support a strong talent team focused on an exceptional retail experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; business or fashion-related study is a plus.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of success.
• Experience supporting people management, retail operations, and business initiatives.
