Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

Location: Leeds, Alabama, USA (Grand River - Coach); full-time, on-site retail role with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

Base pay: $62,000–$94,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead store sales, profitability, productivity, and execution of strategic business plans.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences through clienteling, service excellence, and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing retail team.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, payroll, loss prevention, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet Coach brand standards.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and the local community while representing the Coach brand.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to lead people, build motivated teams, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Business acumen focused on results, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with labor management, inventory, and sales reporting systems.
• Strong English language proficiency required. Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical stockroom and sales-floor activities.
