Showroom Manager and Designer Sales

Location: Mobile, Alabama; in-person showroom role

Salary: $62,410–$78,865 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hirify.global showroom within the Sales and Distribution Center.
• Provide a knowledgeable, white-glove customer experience for trade partners, homeowners, and consumers.
• Conduct outreach to trade partners and influencers, especially residential interior designers, to drive showroom visits and product usage.
• Generate sales leads and collaborate with local Construction Resources sales teams.
• Support consumers with project design solutions, product information, follow-up calls, and current design trends.
• Plan and execute showroom events, merchandise displays, and maintain brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
• At least four years of experience in a retail or showroom environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, organization, initiative, analytical ability, and follow-up skills.
• Sales, closing, project management, relationship-building, and customer-service capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle event setup and takedown activities; minimal regional and national travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the commercial or residential interior design industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.
