Salary: $16.90–$25.20 per hour plus commission on sales

What you will do

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and consistent operational execution.
• Lead customer interactions from the sales floor and reinforce appointments, clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the General Manager to execute visual standards, promotions, inventory controls, compliance, and security procedures.
• Coach, onboard, train, and develop store team members while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.
• Resolve customer concerns and help create memorable experiences around meaningful purchases and milestones.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with typical schedules of five days and 40 hours plus additional peak-season time.
