Assistant Sales Manager

Location: 709 Hindry Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, USA. Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., with night and weekend flexibility required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Coach and mentor Design Consultants to achieve revenue goals, sales quotas, and key performance indicators.
• Manage day-to-day sales team performance, including performance improvement plans and documentation.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and compliance with company sales procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Sales Leadership, Operations, and Central Support teams on leads, training, meetings, contests, and incentives.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to address performance opportunities.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage and data quality across dashboards and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct consultative selling experience in a business-to-consumer environment.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Proven success leading a team to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Experience or strong interest in interior design, home décor, high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Inglewood, California, with night and weekend flexibility.
