What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Coordinate shipments with customers and maintain customer service standards.
- Process accurate and timely billing, data entry, and operational system updates.
- Ensure shipments comply with internal procedures, customer requirements, and government regulations.
- Review shipment and operational reports, update event codes, and support KPI performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors while identifying process efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills.
