Logistics Coordinator (Logistics)

What you will do

• Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and documents.
• Create jobs in the Meridian system and maintain accurate shipment, customer, and filing records.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit import/export shipping declarations and monitor container movement through port gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Verify shipment details for billing, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and close jobs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in an export department.
• Ability to multitask and stay beyond regular working hours when necessary to complete jobs.
• Ability to monitor work status after working hours when required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow the team lead’s instructions.
